Mrs. Rasagna Rao Dharmana, pursued an MBA (Woman Entrepreneurship) from Cornell University, an MBA from Complutense University of Madrid and an Engineering degree from GITAMS University, Visakhapatnam.
With versatile industry experience in SMART Technologies, Business Consulting, and Operations she becomes the first woman to set-up the microbrewery in the country and in the state of Andhra Pradesh, established the brand “Myz-Uno - The Brew Pub”, in 2017. To pursue the next leap, She established the country’s first woman lead commercial Brewery to manufacture and bottle various craft and commercial beer brands.
The holistic industry experience gained by Rasagna, fostered the thought to establish Reybier Alco Bev Private Limited (RAB). Rasagna started exploring various ideas to how the brewery to be like, this is where she and her business strategy team has come up with the idea of having a commercial brewery that can meet the demands of today’s business world.
